Immigration office question

I'll try to give you a direct answer to your inquiry:

I found a card from our Z INM oficina.
Though the Emails & phone #s may be outdated,
at any rate, here's info from the card that may be useful:

ccamachor@inami.gob.mx
mguillen@inami.gob.mx
jarreaga@inami.gob.mx

It could be that one or more of the Email addresses is valid, but the person replying is not as listed in each address.
IF I'm not mistaken the card may be from 2012.
