ultra low sulfur diesel

I did a consult with a friend who lives in the Chapala area and makes his living hauling things and people back and forth across the border in his diesel truck, often pulling a cargo trailer.

He said that the attendents usually have no idea what they are pumping, but the signs will be clearly marked UBA diesel. It is becoming more common, usually at other than PEMEX stations. I've not noticed anything marked UBA here, but I don't look for it either.
