My Mexican experience with solar

I had solar panels installed and had another bedroom air conditioned. My CFE bills dropped to M$69 for most periods. (It seems that some renters insist on running A/C 24/7. I even had one renter who complained that the A/C wasn’t working properly. They had the bedroom window and door both wide open!)

We once had an electric bill equal the rental income. If only one could require an IQ test from potential renters!
