That’s a deal, but who would win that battle? There is no way to stop recreational drug demand. It’s biologic. However there was success in dealing with ISIS in Syria. You state that there would be no Mexican support for US intervention. How can you be so sure? I know this option seems outlandish, but the uS Mexico border is a mess.
