Does anyone know Zihuateco personally? It has been very difficult to comprehend his motives. He or she never acknowledged the conflict of interest regarding the concrete company. Does he or she somehow benefit from the mayor's largesse? Does he or she work for the mayor or one of the mayor's lieutenants?

The answer is not really of any great importance but curiosity nevertheless has prompted the question.

He's been on the Message Board for about 12 years. I don't believe he's a Mexican citizen, just a descendant, and it doesn't seem like Spanish is his first language. I've greeted him a few times, and I thought he was friendly, but I don't know him. He thinks he knows more about things that he actually knows very little about, like the outer skin of an onion. I certainly didn't expect him to be a backstabber seeking to entrap me and ingratiate himself to the mayor. Very disappointing, and I have to draw a line there.
