Mexican president defends inclusion of Russian military

I agree. But the Presidente said the military invited the Russians, Nicaraguans, Venezuelans, and North Koreans. Said it was a common practice. When they march in Mexico's parade for Día de la Independencia, they are honoring Mexico, not the other way around. However, as Bobby Kennedy once said about J.Edgar Hoover, "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out than outside pissing in." Mexico has a long reputation of playing a neutral mediator, and it's like during the Cold War when Mexico's neutral relationship with the USSR proved useful for the USA.
