Looking for technical assistance with email addresses

Looking for technical assistance here in Zihua to configure email addresses on two Iphones . English proficiency would help.

Had a hard drive replaced on a lap top in Zihua a month ago that resulted in a password change. I have not been able to configure the phones myself with the new passwords to send or receive emails.
