I've seen that same story in our national media. It was written by a Mexican reporter. So hopefully someone who is a WaPo subscriber will reply in the Comments section to all the people complaining about the use of the expression "upper body" instead of the word they wanted to read "breast" that in Spanish we would say "ella puso el bebé en su pecho", and THAT is what is being expressed but stupidly misunderstood by all the faux indignant ethnocentric readers who can't see past the limitations of their own language.
