Artisan breads

jaguar negro in the mercado has a few varieties. However the options are expensive and you almost always have to order a day in advance. We have purchased Sourdough, 9 grain and a Gluten Free. All Very good. But like Rob says, the local bakeries are really good.
If I’m thinking of the same place you are they’re not quite in the Mercado.
They are very close to Fonda Doña Licha
And yes they have exquisite breads I haven’t seen elsewhere since Panisimo closed, or moved to its current location in La Ropa area. Not sure if they are open
