Guerrero drivers license

New law, not sure of the date it went into effect but I think it was Jan 1 2023. You must have residency to obtain a Drivers License and also to register you automobile. Many people had cars that were registered annually as well as drivers licenses that had renewal dates. When they went to renew either one of them in 2023, they were turned away. In 2023 there was a lot of people applying for Temp or Perm residency. "There was no mention of Required Citizenship for either"
