Yes, increasing I have seen the curb cuts at intersetciins. While they provide a cosmetic indication of accommodating those with mobility challenges, I suggest they are largely cosmetic.

When the sidewalk space between the curb cuts is more challenging than the curb, I don’t think curb cuts offer much to those who have mobility challenges.
