Santisimo New barbacoa restaurant on la Ropa

Open a couple of weeks, Santisimo is open Sat and Sunday, 8:30 to 2. Brisa serves eggs, chilaquiles and OMG barbacoa A friend mentioned that she was opening a place and it was good. She plans/hopes to increase her days and hours.

Large bowl of barbacoa was 110 pesos, a real deal.

She is located in a new little building they built with restrooms, handwashing, tables and seats. At the far end of Playa la Ropa on the south side of the street toward the beach a little bit past Hotel Real de la Palma. The combis go right by.

We highly recommend it.
