Walked by the old site of the Johnson-Evinrude outboard motor site on Cuautemoc Street this morning. That large commercial site is being developed into a "plaza" I was told, after being left vacant and abandoned for around 20-25 years. Any idea who´s behind that project? Or can we assume it is "you-know-who"?
