Guerrero drivers license

Mexico recognizes both US and Canadian licenses. However, if your are a permanent resident, you can't drive a foreign plated vehicle. If temporary, you can.

Hmmm. This is interesting. Didn't someone else report that they could not get a driver's license since they were not a citizen? My apologies if my memory is not serving me correctly.
