I li ke this idea, don't know why I didn't think of it before, feel a bit stupid right now. We had thought of City Hall. I'll go with the video I have of the leak from yesterday. The wall is around 50 to 60 feet high. We believe it's just a matter of a broken ball and cock and they're using a hose to fill the tenaco! It's nothing to do with A/C. I like your reminder about water waste, especially in the warmer months.
