¡Clima SensaZIHonal!

We normally swim 5 days a week. Would love to do more, but physically, after doing the dogs, then paddling, it's all we can do.

Wednesday and Sundays are our normal days off. Tuesday was a normal exercise day. He has been walking for the last two weeks while I swim. Yesterday, OMG!!! I made it for my swim, both directions, but it was a bitch. It was SO COLD!!!!!

Fortunately today was our normal day off, and tomorrow we will dog, paddle and I will have to seriously think and feel the water before I swim.

It's COLD!!!! But we still love living in paradise!!!
