Haven't seen any STING rays in several months, which is very unusual, but we still shuffle when we walk in the water.

We daily see a lot of spotted eagle rays (rayas mariposas) and lately Pacific cow nose rays, the beautiful brown ones, and a few fairly small manta rays, all black on top, white underneath.

The ones that hurt people are the sting rays, and they are generally here year around.
