Is Rio Ixtapa the foliage that comes off the golf course and enters the sea between it and Pacifica? If not, where is it?

Río Ixtapa empties into the sea at the northern end of Playa Linda, in front of Isla Ixtapa. The mouth of the river is a huge lagoon where there have always been cocodrilos, yet it's been several decades since anyone as stupid as this boy and his family managed to get themselves attacked there. Excuse my callousness, but their ignorance is unfortunately causing a great deal of problems for cocodrilos who simply seek a peaceful place to live and who aren't at fault here.
