I went to Cienfuegos Cuba recently as well on a Sunwing Charter and in big bold print it says free checked bag and any carry on is $25. You could have put a gargantuan sized bag in the belly of the plane for free why would you push the limit over and above a back pack for carry on and then complain? No sympathy
