We enjoyed a cloudy day of mild temperatures with a nice light breeze this Monday in Zihuatanejo. It never did get hot. Later in the day it looked like it wanted to rain, and there are reports of rain this evening in Barrio Viejo, Infonavit El Hujal, La Unidad Deportiva, La Chivera, Coacoyul and Agua de Correa. Later in the week it looks like things could get interesting, according to several forecasts.

I just learned that 8 of the contestants in the swimming event of Saturday's Triatlón were hospitalized due to the severity of the stings they received. I'd thought from earlier reporting they'd merely been treated at the scene, but it turned out that over 80 swimmers were treated at the scene. Maybe they'll think to scan the swimming area next time there are widespread reports of malaguas in the area.

For a peaceful and stress-free vacation getaway I can recommend Casa Delfín Sonriente. La orilla de Playa Principal fue llena de pez lisa. Zihuatanejo amaneció con el cielo nublado, y al progresar el día solo se ha nublado más. Parece que quiere llover. ¡Ojalá!
