I don't see any such translation available on the internet. Frankly, I wouldn't trust a translation of any Mexican laws, especially by the local English-speaking lawyers. They only have meaning in Spanish and too many nuances can be lost in translation. Another reason I urge everyone who thinks they want to live or visit here for lengths of time to learn Spanish. Google can give you a rough translation.
