Mini Trip Report

Bartolos on Calle Adelita is another great spot. Not trying to start a fight, but my vote for best chilaquiles in town. Bartolos places an emphasis on their presentation of their dishes which is a sign of a great restaurant. This is followed by exceptionally well prepared tasty dishes. Their sauces have a subtle blend to capture all of their ingredients. Their chilaquiles rojo con arranchera and their baguette arranchera are my favorites. The baguette is a thing of beauty and gourmet worthy.
