Tuesday was another absolutely drop-dead gorgeous beautiful day in Zihuatanejo and along the Costa Grande. The ocean water is warm and clear, and though it was pretty calm this morning, the waves picked up later in the day washing up high on the beaches with the high tide. Surfers should've been happy. Mostly a cloudless sky today, and it appears it will continue this way for the foreseeable future.

This dry season not only promises to be severe for the lack of rain, but also an increased fire risk is predicted, which doesn't bode well for our region. We'll likely have extremely smoky skies by April. PLEASE be careful with your water, and smokers should NOT be flicking their butts out the car window!

Daniel's Restaurant had live music when we strolled by this evening that sounded pretty good. Folks sure appeared to be enjoying themselves. It's nice to see our visitors from north of the border bringing some life back to Zihuatanejo after a long lull. ¡Bienvenidos!
