Tipping house workers

Have a 4 bedroom villa trying to figure a fair tip for couple on property
They are not cooking or doing laundry just general cleaning
What do you think for a 2 week stay in pesos would be

How often did they clean? I have read that MXN$100 to MXN$200 per cleaning is not inappropriate. But that was for a studio / small one bedroom apartment/condo. I usually tip more.

Last season we had a two bedroom two bathroom place. We paid 300 pesos every two weeks. She worked for four hours and did the works. She climbed up ladder to clean our whirly-bird fans, mopped, etc. Money well spent.
