Saw the demonstration, something like that would have turned into a riot here but it was very peaceful and well organized. We actually walked along the side of it for a little bit, nobody even gave us a second look. My wife has wanted to tour the Presidential Palace but the last 2 times in Mexico there has been protests the day we had planned to go. Maybe someday, but at least she didn’t break me at the Taxco silver market. As an observation we never noticed being treated any differently since that orange guy decided to strain our relationship with Mexico.
