I confessed that I hoped you would reflect on them and respond, but I didn’t think that was likely. I think your non-response confirms that.

The truth is the USA is probably the most diverse country in the world, ethnically and culturally and we already had laws prohibiting denying minorities jobs before the DEI movement emerged and fizzled.

It is not about active discrimination at the ultimate stage, it is about institutionalized barriers that interfere with people even getting through the previous stages.

People are getting sick of woke proselytizing and walking out of Disney and all the other movies that keep preaching and shoving this Marxist/Maoist ideology down their throats…

I wonder whether you have even studied Marxism or Maoism. I suggest that if you had, you would understand that there are likely more Flat Earthers in America than there are Marxists or Maoists.

And the idea that the corporate, capitalist media… including Disney… is somehow promoting Marxism or Maoism is beyond laughable; it is pathetic. Maybe right-wingers thing that Disney must be socialist because his father was Canadian.

And job applications don't need 40 gender categories, like "gender mosaic" (no, really).

I suggest that job applications should have zero gender categories, except where gender is a BFOR (a bona fide occupational requirement).
