Tim, people feel powerless. They're beginning to see what the stakes are...and how fast Democracy can unravel.
Uniting under a powerful symbol isn't enough, but combined with other efforts like showing up in large numbers, gaining press, calling our legislators might just imbue the icon with meaning. (Think the Black power raised fist, the posterized image of Che Guevera...and, yes, the swastika.
What would you urge folks to do? Do you think that action can help unify and motivate them?
