The US flag has gone limp?

I ain't gonna' touch that one with a 10-foot pole? Any others brave enough? There's a great joke in there somewhere.

Mark Carney called Trump last week and said, "Hey, Trump! Wanna' joke?"
Trump said, "Ok."
Carney yelled, "Canada!"
Trump scratched his head and said, "I don't get it."
