Spanish programs: Review of 3 oldies, 3 new, 1 ancient

Your diligence in striving to learn better Spanish is impressive! I didn't realize there were so many 'free' programs available. Have used Duolingo on and off over the years with some success - when I stay on track and practice. Have gained more knowledge of the language and a different thought process for learning from LanguageTransfer - also a free app. It's an audio program that gets you to figure out not only words ( from similarities with English or Latin) but also grammar and forming sentences/questions. I am typically a visual learner, and this helps with my listening skills so I can better understand the responses from native speakers. Give it a try.
