The temp is 29C. This isn’t the USA. This is Mexico. Don’t disrespect it by using USA lingo.
Why are USAers so arrogant when they travel. ? They are from one of two countries in world that uses the Fahrenheit scale, but everywhere they go, everyone must conform to their standards?

When I have visitors in my USA home I'm perfectly fine if they use terms like 'liters', 'meters' and 'Celsius' if that's what they're most comfortable with. I can do the math. Even aboot and hoser are acceptable. It's aboot being a gracious host and it keeps them coming back.

Man, you get your knickers in a twist over the weirdest things. Chill out.
