Dark stuff - Playa la Ropa Questions.....

What has washed up on the south end of Playa :a Ropa?
I cant see what it is from the webcam.

The sand has washed away to be replaced by stones and pebbles, and the buildings are now blocking what is Zona Federal where the public should be able to pass. Building codes here are...

* Will the beach and sand return as it was after the rainy season passes?
* Is there a plan to remove all the stones and pebbles by the local government?
* Was this caused by the construction of the road or parking built up this past year?
* Is there more stones and pebbles along the entire playa la Ropa?
* How do the business owners such as el Pirata and Rossy feel about this?
