I used Felipe Angeles for the first time in June 2025. I was able to use Uber to get to the new airport. I don't know if you can contact an Uber to come pick you up.

Of course, if you fly direct from Houston, Dallas or Phoenix, then you are at the mercy of customs extortionists in ZIH.
