We are not in town now but would like to ask where they are allowing the buses to park at? And is this just and off season change of policy? I sent a request to the resort mentioned asking for a copy of the petition.

This is not off-season. It's our summer vacation season. A very busy time of year.

Buses have been parking at Las Salinas since the field near Plaza Kioto was closed off to them. There's no room for them to park anywhere at La Ropa, but the one's who go there just park along the road, and pity the poor resident or business who has to put up with their motors running, the garbage they dump, and the passengers and drivers who use the bathroom anywhere they can find.
