is Intercam bank toast?

will Intercam fold or continue in business? I am not presently able to retrieve funds from Intercam and do not know if it is possible to establish an account with another Mexican Bank without being physically present in Mexico? FWIW, I have permanent residency . Any ideas appreciated. Left too much in Intercam, not expecting the US embargo.

I have two accounts there and one my property manager is on. There has been no issue with transferring money to his account and making withdrawals.

While I am sure this will DING them a little, but hard to see them folding. Tons of Canadians do business there and Canada has not sanctioned the bank because they work with facts.
The question to ponder would be: If America would cease to exist tomorrow, would ANY bank in Mexico fold?
