Climate Change

So your thought is if the whole world adopted much tougher than Ca.type policies we would be a lot better off? The biggest problem with that is the terrible high cost. We all spending many of trillions of $ per and not having much impact.

What is it, a good number of the people live on less tha $10 a day. If they had these policies a large number of people in Africa would starve. Why in California if you don't make $40k per year you may have to live in your car or worst

The worst hurricane in us history was the 1900 Galveston with 8k to 12k dead follow by the 1899 one with 3,400.

Sorry if this is not smooth text since on on the road and using the very small cell screen. Thanks for not just doing a left wing rant.

1. Not sure how you extrapolated that assumption from my comment. Climate change events don't care about one's politics. I agree that we probably are past the point of no return.
2. If you sincerely believe that human life and property are simply collateral damage and you will not be impacted, okey dokey.
3. When the Galveston hurricane happened in 1900, the city manager told the residents that the seawall would hold back the storm surge. They did not evacuate. The Galveston tragedy led to the founding of the National Weather Service. Hurricane models have improved over the past 125 years.
4. Bless your heart.
