Folks were power washing around José Azueta's statue and the ground in front of the Capitania at the same time other guys were coiling up wire near the lights next to the fish gallows and across the pier where the "alarm" is. All that water while they're doing electrical work. Huh. We left as it got darker and the zancudos came out.
