that currently has a Health Insurance policy you are satisfied with,

as I can support a large DEDUCTIBLE,

Most of the health insurance issues depend on your age, health and finances.

We are RPs living in Zihua, 65+ años. We do not have Mexican health insurance, other than IMSS which our residency qualifies us for (which we have never used).

Our Medicare Advantage plan (Aetna) has international coverage for $250k USD We have used it once for a $19k hospital bill. Reimbursed totally. We maintain available credit to pay up front costs.
