Mexico City’s Airport Got a Makeover for the World Cup.

Flew Volaris to Benito Juarez Wednesday to terminal one. First time to one, so can't say anything about the remodel, but it was a LONG walk to get to the taxi stands. Flight was fine, loved the way they organized the deplaning. Well done.

Returned Aeromexico yesterday from our regular terminal two. The remodel is 95% complete and great improvements. The departure boards are larger and can be read from great distances, unlike the old ones. Seating has been seriously reduced and better organized. More food options. A new step at security involving boarding passes and INE cards, but they are there to help.

Best thing is that if you are flying here via Aeromexico Conect, there is now lots of seating down below by the buses, restrooms and a bar Before it was a straight shot to the buses via several tunnels, no restrooms.

Beware: Two stalls in two female restrooms, both had toilet seats but they were NOT attached to the toilets!
