Seriously????l citizen

We seriously considered full-time residency 20 years ago, when I retired, but health concerns drove our decision then, that spending half the year in Mexico, and the other half in Canada was the best of both worlds. For 5 or 6 years, that worked just fine. As we aged, the health care pendulum swung increasingly toward more time in Canada and less in Mexico. Now, as a recent widower, I really don't much care where I spend my days. This winter, I'm trying 5 or 6 months back in Zihua. Citizenship (other than my Canadian) has never really been a concern.
