Aduana y Senesca

One would think that in a tourist destination officials would be more interested in greeting guests than in giving travellers reasons to not return.

Every government official is an ambassador for their city, state, country. Ambassadors ought to represent their country well.

I have been able to avoid aduana at ZIH for st least four years now (a dozen trips) by flying into MEX, then having a domestic flight to ZIH.
