It should be a "level playing (paying) field whether it is AK or Z! Lets face it> a hotdog cart isn't valued nearly what your digs are in AK or Z and should be taxed accordingly! Don't know about AK or Z, but in WI, ANY piece of equipment that produces money is assessed a value that is taxed as "personal property". > Except farmers> They're equipment is non-taxable> even though they can depreciate it out? Dunno, see if it makes any sense to you? :popcorn:
