Noise in Centro

The noise problem is being attended to..... the main problem now is simply getting folks to make the phone call.

I'll certainly chime-in with a BIG on that reco.... and with its apparently subsequent A+ Results..... as from our vantage point, "Noise in Centro" has dramatically reduced (that we can hear) compared to just a few months back!!

Hopefully, such "phone calls" have been and ARE predominantly / deservingly from local Mexican national downtown residents (and not just foreign tourists).

Though, whatever The Mix, its definitely working!!
