Here is what I found. It's apparently located in the little village of Murga (out of San Jeronimito about 12 miles). I'm not sure but you might be able to arrange to see it through the tours that are done of Soledad de Maciel/La Chole. Maybe someone who has done those tours will also post. Below is a write-up I found in an archeological publication.

Finally, in the village of Murga is The Stone Monkey, which measures eight meters long by two meters wide at its thickest part, has broken soles, human bodies and a disembodied skull Mexican style, which was recorded later as proficiency test vote of the people.
