Call Lisette the director of the Dept of Ecologia at 755 100 6913. Just tell her hay un bar que tiene musica muy ruido muy tarde en la noche y temprano en la manana, and tell her where it is.

Holymole why don't you call and complain about Charcol de la Reina (or whatever it is)? I called last night about a birthday party and she took care of it in about half an hour.
