Clavina Tree Flower

Last night, like a few other nights, we ate at restaurant El Arrayan, and the food was fantastic. We shared fish tacos, had the sierra/mahi mahi fish combo and my wife the shrimp/chicken/beef kebab. This place is a must eat for sure. There's also this really cool tree that only blooms at night and apparently, according to Mauricio the owner for 30-45 days. Its a stunning site watching these amazing pods pop open a reveal their lovely flowers. Heres a pic I took last night. In coming here for the last 8 years I only learn't of it this year, proving this place can always continue to surprise you. I would say that El Arrayan is a must hit on your Zihua restaurant gastro tour!!
