...only blooms at night and apparently, according to Mauricio the owner for 30-45 days...

According to author Mark Stebbins, the tree may bloom for a month (maybe it really likes Zihua and that's why it goes even longer there ;) ) but each individual flower only lasts from the evening it bursts open until around the next afternoon. Seems very special to me. I hope to see it while I'm down there.
