This is why I don't cruise. The one and only cruise we took didn't have swells anywhere near that big and I still didn't care for them. Besides, our best day cruising was Thanksgiving, spent on the beach in Mazatlan. I like to ocean fish and all that, but let me come home to good ol' terra firma at the end of the day.
