Thank You to Bodega Tequila!

It was spectacular! Very soft, mild and clean is the best way to describe it. The handmade bottle is really beautiful. My husband that never drinks tequila really enjoyed it. A good friend of ours also stopped by for dinner in order to have a sip. He collects tequila. After tasting it he asked if I could get him a bottle. Luis from Bodega Tequila said that, that particular bottle came from his private collection, so I cannot get another one shipped to me in the US. But I did email Luis to see if I can pick up another bottle or two when we return to Zihua in May.

This is what Luis told me about the tequila. Regalo De Dios Añejo. 750 ML. From the Rivesca Family from Amatitlan, Jalisco, MX. They have made/owned tequilas for 3 generations. It has 38% AL. VOL. and aged about 19 months in a Canadian White Oak barrel.
