I definitely prefer the old place – the prices, the food, the ambiance. With the courtyard trees so severely trimmed, there are no longer the overarching twinkling of lights and glow of Japanese umbrellas. That was magic.

However, the hearts of palm appetizers on this year's menu are both superb and the service excellent.
