Z Hot Summer Night

This happens every time I use the AC. No one is stealing my electric. I thought this the first year this happened and we had everything checked out from top to bottom. And the BAD part is, if this happens three bills in the row you pay the high price all year long. That is until you get your usage down to what it was before this mess started. The only thing that saves me is that we are gone three weeks right now and when I return to Zihua I am there from August 8th till Sept 16th. Usually the bill is just this high for the two months that Paul and I are there the whole two months using AC.
